Wholesale Policies
Opening order minimum: $175
Reorder minimum: $175
Orders that do not meet the criteria will be cancelled. Payment must be made by pre-paid check, money order, credit card, AMEX, Discover, MasterCard or Visa) and PayPal. Apple Pay, Zelle and CashApp can be used in certain instances.

Lead Time + Invoicing
Anything ordered in the ayo wholesale shop will ship in 7-15 days. Please inquire about orders of 300 units or more as additional lead time may be needed. Rush orders incur additional fees. Please contact us if you would like your order rushed.
Shipping + Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping on orders of $250 or more. We ship wholesale orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS for smaller quantities. Please let us know if you have your own method of shipment, and would like to coordinate shipping and pickup yourself. Tracking information will be sent upon shipment of order. Ayọ Studios nor its Parent Company, WSMG Inc, is responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered— please take adequate precautions to ensure receipt of order.
We ship most international orders via USPS or DHL. Our international clients usually use forwarders to transport product. Ayọ Studios has no control over product shipment delays due to customs.

General Return Policy
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/ or damages must be reported to Ayọ Studios within 5 business days of receipt. After an review of your request, a credit will be applied to your future purchase. Exchanges or credits toward future purchases will be determined by the valet the time of purchase. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Our payment and shipping terms vary by region. If you are a customer based in the United States, please see our USA wholesale policies here.
EUROPE
Minimum order: 800€ - will include shipping, but buyer is responsible for any taxes and additional customs fees.
For orders under 800€, the buyer will be responsible for both shipping charges and any additional customs fees.
CANADA
Minimum order: $300 CAN
Orders over $1000 CAN - shipping costs included
Orders over $1500 CAN - shipping and customs fees included
ASIA + AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND
Minimum order: $1,000 - will include shipping, but buyer is responsible for any taxes and additional customs fees.
For orders under $1,000, the buyer will be responsible for both shipping charges and any additional customs fees.
CENTRAL + SOUTH AMERICA
Minimum order: $1000 USD - will include shipping and customs.
For orders under $1000 USD, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges and any additional customs fees.
Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. To place an international order, please reach out to our international sales manager.
We accept wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Please reach out to us via email if you would like to discuss payment terms.
LEAD TIME + INVOICING
All wholesale orders will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 4 weeks past date of order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Ayọ Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

LATE FEES
Payments made more than sixty (60) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten (10) percent late fee.

We have sample pack samples available for the cost of shipping. Please reach out to us if you are interested in receiving these samples.
